These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shawnsons.com and purchases from Shawnsons (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, availability, and descriptions accurately. Screens and manufacturing variations may cause differences. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice. Pet products must be selected and used under appropriate human supervision and according to the product instructions.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

Payment

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payment processing is provided by third parties and may be subject to their terms.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
